AI OPERATIONS ENGINEERS
For the work nobody on your team should still be doing.
We help you choose the right path to get there: AI Readiness, a hosted use-case library, or founder-led cohorts for leaders and operators.

How to AI
Three offers. One operating logic.
Choose the path that matches the bottleneck: an AI-ready company foundation, a hosted workflow, or capability in the team.
The wrong sequence
The hard part is not buying AI. It is knowing what should happen next.
Strategy talks stay abstract.
Leadership agrees AI matters, but no one has translated that into governance, ownership, stack decisions, and a use-case roadmap.
Small use cases become oversized projects.
A newsletter draft or lead triage workflow should not require a full custom implementation. It needs a hosted standard service.
Training creates energy, not habits.
One workshop excites the room. Two weeks later the old routines are back because nobody turned the learning into a repeatable working practice.
Nobody owns the next step.
A demo works, a tool looks promising, a workshop creates energy. Then the handover is unclear: who operates, maintains, and signs off?

The useful question is not whether AI can do it.
The useful question is which path should carry it: Readiness when you want to build an AI-ready company, Library when you want proven use cases, Cohort when your people need capability.
How we separate the work
Readiness, hosted workflows, or cohort. One entry point per real bottleneck.
Some companies need a foundation before anything gets built. Some need one productive workflow without an implementation project. Some need leaders and operators who can use AI with discipline. We keep those offers separate so the next step is clear.
Foundation in 4-6 weeks. Library subscriptions month by month. Cohorts and workshops for the people who have to operate the change.

Founding cohorts
“The pattern Brixon AI is built around: separate the foundation, the hosted workflow, and the people capability. When those get mixed into one giant implementation, companies buy too much, too early.”

Process before tools.
At Bosch I watched AI projects fail when the operating model came too late. The useful work starts earlier: what should be owned by leadership, what can be hosted as a standard workflow, and which people need the capability to operate it.
Brixon AI exists to turn inputs into outputs. Sometimes that means Readiness: governance, stack, context and roadmap. Sometimes it means Library: a hosted standard use case. Sometimes it means Cohort: leaders and operators building a practical AI routine.
