The wrong sequence

The hard part is not buying AI. It is knowing what should happen next.

Process before tools.

At Bosch I watched AI projects fail when the operating model came too late. The useful work starts earlier: what should be owned by leadership, what can be hosted as a standard workflow, and which people need the capability to operate it.
